Front Page Urgent Notice

This is an example of an urgent notice on the front page you can use for important but temporary matters.  For example, our phone lines are down, please email or contact us online.

Second notice on the front page

This is an example of another front page notice and how they scroll from one to the other automatically. If there are no notices, and no urgent notices, then neither of these boxes will appear and patients will see the main navigation boxes below.

Front Page Top Notice

This is an example of a notice on the front page, where you need to highlight important matters, such as extra clinics for flu vaccine campaigns, etc.  It can be used for anything temporary, and you can set an expiry date for them to automatically disappear when finished. You can have a maximum of 5 notices at the top of the page limited to 100 words. The notices will appear one after the other.

About Us

Our aim is to provide a high quality, caring and personal health care service to our whole patient population by:

  • Putting our patients at the centre of what we do
  • Having a highly qualified and trained multi-professional integrated primary Healthcare Team
  • Offering our services in a safe, supportive and suitably equipped environment, using technological advances in healthcare systems for our patient’s benefit.

Help Us to help You

Practices can be busy places and staff try hard to accommodate their patients – in return you are asked to behave in a polite and considerate manner. It would be appreciated if you would help your Practice keep surgeries running smoothly and ensure that patients are seen at the right time, by:

  • When you have an appointment please attend at the time stated, and if you are not able to attend please let the Practice know in advance, so the appointment can be used by someone else who needs it.
  • If you do not attend appointments, the Practice may de-register you. This means that you would stop being a patient of the Practice and you would no longer be seen by us
  • If more than one member of your family needs to see the Doctor or other Healthcare Professional, please book one appointment per patient
  • If you have to discuss a complex medical issue please let the Receptionist know so a suitable length of appointment can be arranged
  • Please notify the Practice if you change your address, telephone or mobile phone number
  • Test results take time to reach us, so please do not contact us before you have been asked to do so
  • We ask that you treat the doctors and staff with respect and courtesy
